Validate your worker profiles

A worker’s profile needs to be 100% complete and verified on JoinedUp before you can successfully book the worker to posted shifts. This registration requirement is for compliance purposes.

Verifying the registration status of a Worker’s profile is easily done by checking the Registration column on the Managed Workers screen.

  • Registered workers are indicated by a green checkmark.

  • Worker profiles that need validation are indicated by blue RV initials.

  • Incomplete profiles display a red percentage number to indicate level of completeness.
