Creating Reporting groups
How to create a group of sites, suppliers, shift templates, or order templates for reporting purposes
You can create new Reporting groups with a range of combinations, depending on your needs. This could be for your Sites, Suppliers, Shift Templates, or Order Templates. They will display on your Bookings overview screen. Read this article for more information on Bookings Overview.
To create a new Reporting group, navigate to Plan > Bookings Overview. Then click the Settings (gear icon) button.
In the modal window that appears, select + Add a new reporting group.
Enter a descriptive Reporting Group Name (e.g., "Warehouse Sites") that will be easily recognised by your team.
Adding Sites, Suppliers, or Templates to the Group
Define the group criteria by clicking the Please select dropdown to view available options. You can include:

Sites

Suppliers
-
Shift Templates
-
Order Templates
Choose the required item and click Add.
The item will appear in a list below with an Added label.
Repeat this process for any additional criteria. Once your selections are complete, click Create.
A green success message will confirm the group has been created.
