Creating Reporting groups

How to create a group of sites or shift templates for reporting purposes

You can create new Reporting groups with a range of combinations, depending on your needs. This could be for your Sites or your Shift templates. They will display on your Bookings overview screen. Read this article for more information on Bookings Overview.

To create a new Reporting group, navigate to Plan > Bookings overview. Then click the settings icon to the right of the Bookings overview for selection box.

If this is an additional Reporting group, the screen will display a list of your current groups:

Click + Create a first reporting group or + Add a new reporting group, whichever is applicable.

Enter a Reporting group name. It’s important to use a coherent name for the new group as everyone else in your organisation will be able to see it and will need to recognise it.

Once you enter the name, then choose from a range of different combinations by clicking either the Sites or the Shift templates tab depending on which type of Reporting group you plan to create.

Then click the drop-down box to view the different options. Once you’ve found the relevant option, click Add on the right side.

Your selection will display as Added and will also display in the tab summaries. In the example below, notice there are 2 shift templates that have been added to the Admin Reporting group. Once you’ve chosen the relevant units, click Create.
