How are my breaks calculated and what do I do if they’re wrong

Breaks
You can see how your breaks have been applied when you click into your Shift Details screens.
They are usually pre-set and automatic depending on the length of your shift.
For example, if you work an 12 hour shift there might be an automatic 45 minute break.
These could be paid or unpaid.
What if my break is wrong?
If you believe your break has been miscalculated, please contact your agency.
