Partner agency booking statuses
When a shift has been shared with a Partner Agency, you’ll see a range of different statuses.
- Filled - Pending

When a worker(s) has been proposed for that shift.
- Filled - Accepted

When a worker has been accepted onto the shift.
- In progress

The default status when a shift is shared to a partner agency and no action has been taken on it yet. This means that the partner agency haven’t made any changes.
Partner View:
- Pending

When the partner agency has marked the shift as pending. This means that they are actively looking for a worker to fill, but haven’t managed to yet.
Partner View:
- Won’t fill

When the partner agency has marked the shift as won’t fill. This means that they are unable to fill the shift at all.
