Creating a ticket by email
Please read this article if you would prefer to log tickets by email instead of logging them through the Jira website.
JoinedUp Users
To log a ticket by email to our Level 1 platform, you must first be signed up to the Jira platform.
Any user can sign up by creating an account, please use this link to do so.
Once you are registered you can then create tickets by sending an email to this address: ju@beelineco.atlassian.net.
| When creating a ticket, please include all relevant information. The more thorough and detailed responses you provide, the more efficient the ticket resolution will be. |
A support operator will reply to this ticket and, you will receive all responses by email.
JoinedUp Admin Users
As an admin user you will need to have been invited by our Customer Operations Team to use this level of our platform.
Once you have been invited and have registered using this link, you may then create tickets through the email.
Please use this email address ju@beelineco.atlassian.net to log a ticket.

When a support operator replies to your ticket you will receive an email with the repose.
All communications will take place through email.
