Cancelling allocated shifts

What options does a Partner agency have for a cancelling a shift or an unallocated worker?

As a Partner Agency user you cannot cancel allocated or unallocated shifts. You can only propose a worker to a shift. If you need a shift cancelled, or a worker deallocated, you will need to contact your Lead agency to do this.
