Cancelling allocated shifts

As an end-client you do not have access to cancel shifts with workers assigned to them, however you are able to cancel allocated shifts that do not have assigned workers.

Optional: Your JoinedUp configuration settings may have a feature enabled that allows you to cancel allocated shifts. If you would like this feature turned on, please contact your COS (Customer Operations Specialist).
