Working with more than one agency

If you are working with more than one agency using JoinedUp you will have a separate profile for each agency, but you will be able to access all of them with just one password.

When another agency registers you on JoinedUp you will receive a welcome email asking you to sign in to your account to share your details with the new agency registering you.

With your permission your information such as your name, date of birth, address etc. will be copied over to your new profile, so you won’t need to fill it all again.

You will be able to switch between the different profiles you have registered with different agencies.

Please note that different agencies may have different requirements when registering you, e.g., some may need you to fill in agreements required for the job.

You will be able to see if everything is done by checking each of your profiles.
