Confirming your email address

Your agency asks you to confirm your e-mail.

For the first time - your invitation email

If you’re new to JoinedUp and have just started working for an agency that uses our system, you should receive an email invitation to the email address you provided during your registration. Look out for an email from system@joinedup.com that looks like the sample below. The email subject will be "Welcome to JoinedUp provided by your agency name".

Can’t find the email?

The email is sent from system@joinedup.com so you can search for this in your inbox. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder as well. If you are still having problems, check your inbox settings for blocked emails and safe senders (add system@joinedup.com as a safe sender).

When your contact email changes

You might receive a message in your JoinedUp Messages inbox asking you to check that your email is correct. This is because we tried to send an email that may have been stopped for some reason.

If you don’t see a misspelling, or know of a reason why the email was not deliverable, please get in touch with us through the JoinedUp Users Portal because we may have accidentally activated your spam filters.

If you need to update your email address, or you have had a problem with receiving emails (either due to a misspelling or a spam complaint), you will receive an email like the sample below to confirm your email address again.

If you receive a message like the example below, then your email has already been registered you don’t need to worry as your email is already confirmed. You can log in to your account as usual.
