Changing my email address

I want to update my email address on my profile

The email address that you use to log in with is the same one that JoinedUp uses to send your emails to.

If you want to change it, please log into your account and select Profile in the Header Menu.

You can also hover over your name and then click Settings.

From your profile screen, click Change email in the left-hand menu.

You’ll be taken to a screen where you can enter your new email address.

Then click the blue Change email button.

An email will be sent to the new email address that looks like the sample below.

Click the Confirm your email address link.

You have now successfully changed your email address! Use this email from now on as your username login.
