Accessing the Users Portal

First-Time Users

If you are a first-time user of the self-service ticket portal you will be asked to create an account when raising your first ticket.

You will be asked to enter your email address:

Click Next to continue.

Click Sign up with password to receive the signup link.

Welcome Email

  1. Once you’ve signed up in the ticket portal, you will receive an email from jira@beelineco.atlassian.net

  2. Click the Sign up button in the email to log in.

  3. You will be asked to select a password. Enter your desired password and click Save and continue.

Logging In

To access the self-service portal:

  1. Go to JoinedUp Users Portal

  2. Log in with your email address and password.

Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password:

  1. From the login screen, enter your email address.

  2. Click Forgot your password?

  3. A reset password link will be sent to the specified email address. Follow the link to select a new password.

User Preferences

Managing Your Profile

  1. Once logged in, click the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the ticket portal. Click Profile.

  2. You can update your name, language, and time zone as appropriate.

  3. Once completed, click Save.

You cannot change your email address.

Change Your Password

  1. Go to your Profile icon in the top right-hand corner, as explained above.

  2. Select Change password.

  3. Enter your current password, and new password, and confirm your new password.

  4. Click Update.
