How to see your timesheets and invoices
See your shifts and timesheets
When you log into your account, you will see various tabs at the top of the page (Header Menu), one of which is Timesheets.
If you click Timesheets, you will see a summary of your work on a weekly basis, including: the week’s number along with start and end dates, the delivery organisation and site, the role, which days you worked, how many shifts, and the money you earned for that week.
You can filter your view either by Hirer or by date, by selecting from the drop-down options in the top right of the Timesheet display.
If you click any individual week, you can see more details about your shifts for that particular week.
This includes the hourly rate, the shift duration, and any adjustments/expenses if applicable.
You can download this information as a CSV file by clicking the Download as CSV button.
Viewing invoices as a Ltd. company
If you are registered as a Ltd. (Limited) company, you can download a CSV file of your invoice from the timesheet page once all your shifts have been approved for that week.
You’ll receive a notification when your invoice has been generated.
If you are VAT registered and have entered your VAT number into JoinedUp, JoinedUp will calculate this for you.
The VAT break down is shown on your invoice—, his is not displayed on the timesheet summary.
