Filling shifts
You’ve seen a job appear on your Bookings screen, and you want to action it
Your Bookings screen will look something like the sample shown below when you first log in, although with different statuses depending on the bookings available. Please note, this list contains all bookings, including historic bookings—it’s sorted by date.

If the status is Pending, these are bookings shared with your agency that haven’t been actioned yet. To action this booking, click into the relevant line and a separate window will then appear with additional information.

To allocate a worker to the shift, select the name of the worker from the drop down list, then click the blue Fill button.

You’ll then be asked to confirm your choice.
If the booking contains more than one shift, you can select which shifts you would like to fill using the tick boxes. You can select all shifts by clicking All.

As changes are made to the bookings, the status will reflect on the Bookings screen to allow for real time updates.
