Shift Template Change Requests

Shift templates help maintain consistency and efficiency in scheduling.

Unless your organisation is in the Implementation phase, we do not create or edit any shift templates, this is to ensure stability and prevent disruptions to live operations.

If you need to request a change outside of implementation, please follow the steps below:

1) Submit a Jira Ticket

Your organisation’s Jira admin user must raise a ticket under:

  • Category: BAU / Admin Task

  • Form: Shift Template Change

Please include the following details in the ticket:

  • Name of site

  • Name of shift template

  • Link to the shift template

  • Description of the change requested

2) Processing Your Request

Once your ticket is submitted our team will review the request and escalate it for action.

3) Review the Changes

When the changes are complete we will add a comment on your Jira ticket asking you to review the updated shift template.

4) Confirm the Update

Please confirm that you have checked the template and are satisfied with the changes by commenting on the Jira ticket.

5) Ticket Closure

After your confirmation:

  • We will close the Jira ticket with the resolution status Config Fix.

  • All actions will be documented for audit purposes.

  • Changes should only be requested when necessary.

  • All requests and actions are logged for compliance and traceability.

  • No changes will be made without a Jira ticket
