Settings Overview
Managing your settings
This tab can be found by hovering over your profile name and clicking Settings.
Your settings might be different to the ones found in this article. This is because they are configurable, and are managed by your lead agency! Below are some of the basic settings you might find. |
- Personal information

Here is where all your personal details can be found such as name, address, employment status etc.
You can also generate your own unique QR code, this can be used to clock in and out of shifts, if you agency enables that feature!!
- License

This is where all information about your driving license can be found, as well as the documents attached to it.
- Documents

In this section, copies of important documents such as driving license can be uploaded. These documents are important in order to work a shift for a company.
- Bank details

Here you can edit your bank details that you have submitted.
- Agreements

Agreements are important to be able to work a shift for a company. If there are agreements to be filled, you must do so.
- Language and region

Here you can edit the language your profile is in, this also changes elements associated with that region such as currency.
- Change email

In this section you are able to update your email. You will need your old email address and your password.

- Contact preferences

Using the tick boxes in this section you can manage how and when you want to be contacted by JoinedUp.
