  • How does the free trial work?

Simply sign up for the free-trial period to receive access to our product for a full 30 days. During this time, you can explore its features, functionality, and performance.

  • Is there any cost associated with the free-trial period?

No, the free-trial period is completely free. You’ll have full access to JoinedUp without any charges during these 30 days.

  • What happens after the free-trial period?

At the end of the free-trial period, you’ll have the option to either subscribe to JoinedUp or discontinue its use. There are no obligations or commitments.

  • Are there any limitations during the free-trial period?

You’ll have access to the core functionality of JoinedUp. You will be able to create and allocate shifts for your workers, enter time and attendance on your shifts, and watch our rate engine do all the hard work for you.

  • Can I cancel my free-trial period early if I’m not satisfied?

Yes, you can cancel at any time during the free-trial period with no questions asked. To cancel, please send an email to our COS team (COSteam@joinedup.com).

  • Do I need to provide payment information to sign up for the free-trial period?

No, we don’t require any payment information for the free-trial period. It’s completely risk free.

  • Will I receive support during the free-trial period?

Absolutely! Our Customer Operations team will get in touch with you once your trial organisation is set up. Simply send an email to COSteam@joinedup.com with any questions or issues you may encounter during the free-trial period.

  • Can I extend the free-trial period if I need more time to evaluate the product?

While we don’t offer extensions to the free trial , we do offer you a pay-as-you-go service that allows you to continue with JoinedUp on a pay-by-shift basis. Please visit this link to find out more about pay-as-you-go

  • Is there a limit to the number of users who can participate in the free trial?

No, you are welcome to add additional users to experience JoinedUp with you.

  • How do I sign up for JoinedUp after the free trial has finished?

Simply contact our Customer Operations team at COSteam@joinedup.com. Once we have received your email a Client Operations Specialist (COS) will send you a follow-up email to confirm your subscription. You can maintain your JoinedUp login without any modifications.

  • How do I cancel my subscription after I have started paying for JoinedUp?

Please give 30 days’ notice by sending an email to COSteam@joinedup.com.
